KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER/ ROMANIAN MARKET

Workplace: ROMANIA

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales targets in Romania
  • Analyzing customer needs and expectations, and optimizing offer solutions
  • Preparing commercial offers and supervising the order fulfillment process
  • Participating in meetings and conducting business negotiations with clients
  • Collaborating with the purchasing department and warehouse in Poland
  • Reporting work in the Comarch XL CRM system
  • Market analysis, acquiring new customers, and building business relationships
  • Gathering information about the current market situation and clients
  • Maintaining a professional company image
  • Acquiring foreign clients through modern sales channels
  • Generating new sales in nearby international markets

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and customer service in the B2B sector in the international market
  • Very good command of English and Romanian (mandatory)
  • Secondary or higher education
  • Willingness to participate in trade fairs and industry meetings
  • Ease in establishing contacts, communicativeness, and independence
  • Professional experience in export sales is an advantage
  • Driving license category B and willingness for business trips abroad and longer stays in the sales area
  • Experience in the personal protective equipment industry is an advantage
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations
  • Very good self-organization skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Analytical skills
