Information on the protecting policy we apply

PRIVACY POLICY

 

The following Privacy Policy describes issues related to using  globalhygiene.pl portal.

The Administrator of your personal details is GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością̨ Spółka Komandytowa (LLC Limited Partnership) headquartered in Kuśnie 41D, 98-200 Sieradz, entered in the Business Register of the National Court Register for Łódź Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Economic Division of the National Court Register at KRS No: 0000601487 NIP (Taxpayer Id. Your personal data shall be processed in order to send you a newsletter including business offers regarding novelties, promotions or sales, as well as the news on business life at Global Food Hygiene, which in our opinion shall be best adjusted to your interests, as well as possible orders.

The objectives, legal grounds and period of personal details processing shall be indicated separately in case of each aim of data processing (see: the decisions below including a detailed description of different aims of data processing).

With reference to our processing your personal details, you are vested in the following rights:

  1. Each user may require:

    – access to their personal data,

    – correcting their personal data,

    – deleting their personal data,

    – limitations regarding processing their personal data,

    – transfer of personal data.

Moreover, each user may object to processing their personal data.

To avail themselves of the aforesaid rights, the user should:

– click on the link „unsubscribe” at the bottom of each e-mail message received in the newsletter,

– they may also write an e-mail to the administrator at rezygnacja@globalhygiene.pl on the topic the issue refers to, e.g. „Unsubscribing”, „Restriction”, „Transfer”, Reporting an Objection”.

The Administrator responds to the user’s request immediately. Removal, restriction, transfer and reporting an objection against data processing shall influence the services performed and probably result in making it impossible to carry out the services properly. The user should realize their personal data is processed for the needs of order execution and providing the user with personalized commercial information.

  1. You are entitled to file a complaint regarding your personal data protection to the supervisory authority of the Chairman of Personal Data Protection Office.

We shall not make your details available to any third parties.

We do not transfer your data to the third countries, i.e. beyond the area of the European Union or  the European Economic Area.

 

Your data are not used by us to take decisions based on automatic data transfer, which might influence your legal situation or cause similar far-reaching consequences.

 

We apply, however, tools for analysis of our messages legibility in order to adjust better the content of commercial offers and promotion information to the customer expectations.

 

Providing your personal details is each time voluntary, but necessary to subscribe to a newsletter, fill in a form or just contact us.

We guarantee confidentiality of any personal details transferred to us. I assure taking up all means of security and data protection required by the regulations on personal data protection. Personal details are collected with due care and properly secured against access of unauthorized individuals.

All the subjects I entrust processing personal data with guarantee applying proper means of personal data protection and security required by the law.

Invoices. If we issue an invoice with reference to the placed order, I process your details then within the scope necessary to issue an invoice. The legal grounds for processing your details in this case is meeting a legal obligation to issue an invoice. Moreover, all the issued invoices are included in the accounting documentation, which results in your data being naturally processed within the documentation for a period of time required by the law.

Returns and Complaints. While returning goods and making a complaint, you deliver to us the details included therein, and we process the data to carry out the procedure of return or complaint.

The legal grounds for processing your data is in such a case our meeting legal obligations related to the complaints procedure.

Newsletter. Subsribing to a newsletter, you deliver to us your personal details regarding the e-mail, forename and surname, or one of those. Moreover, in FreshMail system, IP address you used to subscribe to the newsletter is saved.

The details are saved in FreshMail system base and stored for the whole period of sending a newsletter to you. The details shall be deleted from the database when I take a decision of closing the newsletter or if you give up receiving it.

Your data are in that case processed on the grounds of your approval granted at the time of subscribing to the newsletter. The details are processed exclusively for the purpose of sending you the newsletter.

Contact Form Contacting us by means of a contact form, you naturally deliver to us your e-mail address as the message sender. Moreover, in the message content you may also include other personal data.

The legal grounds for processing the personal details is your approval resulting from your initiating the contact with me.

Your personal details made available within e-mail contact are processed exclusively to contact you. Content of the correspondence may be subject to archiving. The correspondence is stored on the e-mailbox server.

E-mail contact. Contacting us by e-mail, you naturally make your e-mail address available as the sender’s address. The forename and surname (GFH), in the content you may also include other personal details.

The legal grounds for processing the personal details is your approval resulting from your initiating the contact with me.

Your personal details made available within e-mail contact are processed exclusively to contact you. Content of the correspondence may be subject to archiving. The correspondence is stored on the e-mailbox server.

Subscription Form. Subscribing to a form, you transfer your personal details to us within the e-mail address. Moreover, in FreshMail system, IP address you used to subscribe to a given form is saved.

The details are saved in FreshMail system base and stored for the whole period of sending you the information conforming to the approval expressed in the form. The details shall be deleted from the database when you resign from receiving the form.

Your data are in that case processed on the grounds of your approval granted at the time of subscribing to the form. The details are processed exclusively for the purpose of sending you the content indicated at the time of subscribing to the form.

From the browser’s menu (the top right-hand corner): Tools > Internet options > Privacy, the Website button. We set the level by a scrollbar, confirm modification by OK button.

From the browser’s menu: Tools > Options > Privacy. Activate the box Firefox Program : „shall apply the user’s settings”. Applying Cookies shall be selected by marking the option „Accept cookies”

  • Opera

From the browser’s menu: Tools > Preferences > Advanced. Applying Cookies shall be selected by marking the option „Accept cookies”

Safari

In the drop-down Safari menu you must select Preferences and click on the icon Security.

At this point you select the level of security in the box „Accept cookie files”

Remember, however,  that disabling cookie files may cause difficulties in using the website, as well as many other websites applying cookies.

User’s own cookies. Cookie files may be divided into own cookie files and third parties cookie files. As regards user’s own files, we apply them for proper functioning of the website.

Third parties’ cookies. Our website, as most of the modern internet websites uses functions provided by the third parties, which is related to using cookie files from the third parties. Using this type of files has been outlined below.

Analysis and statistics. We use cookies to follow the website statistics, such as the number of visitors, the type of operating system and browser used for viewing the website, time spent on the website, visited subpages etc. I use for this purpose Google Analytics tool. Data collected in this way are entirely anonymous and do not allow your identification. For such a purpose cookie files of Google LLC regarding Google Analytics service are used.

Using Google Analytics services is related to implementation of a tracking code in our website. The code is based on cookie files, but may also apply other tracking technologies.

HotJara. It applies cookies for tracking of the user’s behaviour recording their mouse movements. Information collected in that way is entirely anonymous and do not allow your identification. For such a purpose Hot Jara cookies are applied.

Applying HotJara services is related to implementing in the code of our website a tracking code made available by HotJara. The code is based on cookie files, but may also apply other tracking technologies.

Marketing. I use Facebook marketing tools to refer advertisements of this service to you. For this purpose we have implemented Pixel Facebook platform code, which remembers your visit. This is the aim of applying Facebook cookies.

I also use Google Adwords marketing tools to refer this service advertisements to you. Therefore, I have implemented in the code platform an appropriate code that remembers your visit. That is the aim of using Google LLC cookies, including Google Adwords.

YouTube and Vimeo videos. I post at this website videos originating from YouTube service. By displaying such a video you accept to apply Google LLC cookies regarding YouTube service.

Social networking functions. I provide the possibility of using social networking sites, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, making contents available on social networking sites and subscription of the social networking profile. Using these functions is linked to applying cookie files of the social networking sites administrators of e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.

The server logs

Using the website is connected with sending inquiries to the server where the website is stored. Each inquiry referred to the server is saved in the server logs.

The logs include among others your  IP address, the server date and time, information about the internet browser and operating system you use.

Data saved in the server logs are not associated with particular individuals using the website and are not used by us for your identification.

The server logs are only auxiliary material aimed at administering the website and their content is not revealed to anyone except for those authorized to server administration.
